About the Author Doug Koenig

Currently an Elder Law & Estate Planning attorney in Durham, NC. Educated as an engineer, worked in IT and plant floor computer systems with companies including Ford Motor Company from which I retired. THEN, I went to law school to help the elders and veterans in our communities. Now, I help attorneys in other law firms work fewer hours, give more time to others, and live better lives. We do this through systems and automation, using your business as the model. After all, it is YOUR business and we treat it that way.
