I’m Doug Koenig, an Elder Law attorney in Durham, North Carolina.

Inveniam Solutions was born out of a need to find an integrated solution for my law practice.  I searched, modified, searched some more … only to get very frustrated because there isn’t really a system.  Maybe you are frustrated too.

So, I took my IT background (the career before law), and automated my own practice.  That started in 2012 with basic tools (like the almost magical Microsoft Word) and grew during 2015 with Infusionsoft.  Today, I automate nearly every function in the practice, from task management to scheduling, and lead generation through getting referrals from clients.  Some stuff just resists automation, and eventually maybe we will all get there, but for now, my practice is a lot better off and my time is better under control.
